RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All jewelry pieces are made to order. Items can be returned for site credit only if they are returned/shipped within 7 DAYS of receiving them.

The jewelry must be returned in its original packaging and perfect condition.  Jewelry exchanged must be of equal or greater value.  

Custom orders are not refundable/returnable.

 Shipping fees are the customer's responsibility. For shipping the new item(s) the shipping Fees are as follows:  

Express SPM Shipping is used for all orders. Shipping fees can be subject to change. 

 

REPAIR POLICY 

Any repairs will be subject to a fee determined on a case by case basis. Please include  copy of your original invoice.

Shipping costs for each way will be the customers responsibility.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

We do not store your credit card details. Payment data is encrypted and securely stored with our payment processor.

We accept the following credit/debit cards as payment methods:  Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB.

All purchases must be paid in full before creating your jewelry.

  

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All shipped items are signature required with a tracking number. For all international and domestic orders, express  shipping is used. 

The shipping charges are automatically calculated and shown during the check-out process. Customs fees and/or taxes, tariffs are the customer's responsibility. Shipping estimated times are listed below:
